Our Villa in Cyprus

We have with regret decided to sell our beautiful Villa in Cyprus, and return to the UK to be nearer our family and friends. If you are looking to buy a private villa on the island of Cyprus this could be perfect for you.

Our Villa is situated in a very private and quiet cul-de-sac over looking the beautiful and very typical Cypriot village of Peyia which is approx 1km away.

We have beautiful sea view’s looking out to Coral Bay (which hosts a very clean sandy beach, restaurants and shops approx 5km). From the villa at night we can look around the mountains surrounding us and see the lights of some of the quaintest traditional villages in Cyprus. All worth a visit, great Meze meals and wine at incredibly low prices!

Cyprus hosts a fantastic Mediterranean climate, very warm and hospitable and now is a member of the EU, driving on the same side of the road as the UK [so you could even bring your car] and English is spoken everywhere.

Travelling to Cyprus from the UK could not be easier, airlines such as Easyjet, Excel, Monarch and Cyprus Airways to name just a few fly direct into Paphos. Transfer time from Paphos to our Villa is approx 30 Minutes and from Larnaca to the villa 1hr 30min.
